Wrap up just about anything you and your kids like. Be creative and have fun with this. Get your kids involved with what you wrap up. If they are involved with making the choices of what they want to eat, they are more likely to complete their meal.

After you children awake form their beautifully decorated bedroom all snug in her designer girls linens. The next step in her day is to get a healthy breakfast. This is the most important meal of the day. Fill her meal with victims and foods that will get her brain in full charge mode.
Send her off on her day to school knowing you have done everything possible that you can to give her a great day.. Oh yes, and many kisses
