This is such a great idea and it is simple and fun to create.

Teen, tween will love to make this for her room. Decorating and designing a girls bedroom can go so many ways. This is fantastic.

The plastic drawer storage can be found at any major store like Target or Walmart. The jewels can be easily found at Michaels or your local hobby store. The only other things you need are glue and a fun imagination.

This can be used under a desk, or just like any other piece of teen room furniture.

Ultra feminine girls bedroom furniture

I love my flea market finds… Just add a coat of paint and your little girls bedroom is on its way to beauty.

Pink twin bedding would be just perfect with this lovely nightstand.

Children’s bed sets should be the focal point in the room: Soft and luxurious velvet quilts and shams would pare beautifully with this vintage girls night stand

When decorating a teens room with a shabby chic style, Davenport Home Furnishings bedding is stylish yet can have a bit of a vintage feel.

By adding the perfume bottles you are creating the look of times gone by.

Enjoy and remember we are always here to help

Teen bedroom book shelf DYI

Looking for design ideas for your teen girls bedroom? Here is a great one that I came across on Pinterest, yes… my favorite source. Perfect for a little girls room, college dorm or teens room.

This multicolor painted bookshelf is just great. This can be new or used. Take an old bookshelf you found in the basement or buy a new at one of the home improvement stores.

I like the bright colors shown in the photo; it would also look great in pinks and white, black and white, lavender and purple, turquoise and aqua… so many color combinations.

Coordinate it with your children’s bedding set and her wall paint or teen bedroom furniture that is already in the room. If you are doing a complete redesign of the room, then whatever the new color pallet is that you have chosen will be great done in the bookshelf.

Teen room ideas for just hanging out in

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have space to have a large sofa like this for your teenagers to hangout? A place where they can be with their friends and play videos or watch movies or just do whatever it is that teen girls do now.

When decorating a teens bedroom, finding a space for a chair is so important. A corner of the room where they can just enjoy be other than lying on their bed. Their special place they can curl up and hang out in.

There are some really fun and cool chairs. I think the most important think would be is comfort and allowing your child to choose the chair she feels most comfortable in. Like choosing her bedding, style and comfort is what she wants.

Colors of teal, aqua, hot pink, lime green, purple… soft velvet to glitz and bling pillows. Choose them together and she will love her room. She will spend a tremendous amount of hours in her bedroom; allow her to make it the way she wants it to be with your guidance of course.
