Choosing a theme for your child’s bedroom really comes from the “heart”
You want your little girl to sleep in a room that you love and will bring your sweet girl much happiness and pleasure.
When going from the crib to a “Big girl Bed” there is so much to choose from it can become overwhelming and this is where our mommy intuition comes into play.
When she is young and only when she is young: if you love she will too… not so true as she becomes and teenager and has different tastes for her teen bedding.
So your theme is hearts, so go all out. Go for has many hearts as you can find or go for a more subtle look. Maybe do a cotton velvet twin quilt with matching soft shams and just pop a heart decorative pillow in the center of her full bed set.
Add some fluffy and luxurious chiffon ruffle shams make it ultra feminne and match the same ruffles for the dust skirt.
There are some adorable wall art pieces with hearts and heart shaped shaggy rugs too. Go all the way or just little with your theme.
Just a side note: Davenport Home Furnishings designed this Heart Bed for Neiman Marcus many years ago… Love it
