In fashion, the term ombre refers to the graduation of color on the clothing. This means that the article of clothing is monochromatic but has a graduated variation in the saturation of the color.
So in other words: the piece let us say the scarf starts with a deep orange and graduates to a pale peach.
Or the jeans that start with a deep blue denim then it goes to a light denim and then white.
This process can be one a number of different ways. It can be done with thread color changes or done the old fashion way using the tie dye method.
Socking the portion of the blouse that you want to be in the deepest colors the longest, and then by pulling the blouse out of the dye slowing you can gain the color variation effect.
So many of the big designers are using Ombre this summer. It is light and fun and just the look teen girls and moms of all ages can enjoy.
You can mix this with solid colors and just have a touch to show you have a sense of high fashion. All teen girls love to show their individuality and this is a great way to show it in the style they wear this summer
